In 2013, spurred by joint efforts with the government and various social welfare entities, Hong Cheng Precision established the first special subsidiary in central Taiwan, and the second in Taiwan overall – Li Ren Precision Co., Ltd. This special subsidiary was designed to provide an accessible space for workers with disabilities, with a focus on redesigning job tasks for individuals with physical and mental challenges.

Hong Cheng Precision is also a company dedicated to environmental protection. The factory's roof is entirely equipped with solar panels for power generation, and wastewater treatm.ent facilities have been established. Growing up on this beautiful island of Taiwan, we believe in giving back to the land and strive to achieve the goal of sustainable local operations
