We have established a strong and close collaboration with garment production groups over the long term. We are committed to listening to the needs of end users and addressing their concerns. Many of our customers have complained about the inability of products from Chinese counterparts to meet their quality requirements, resulting in significant durability issues and wastage. We believe that producing a product with subpar durability is not only a disgrace to us but also a form of resource depletion from end users. We are glad to guide end users on how to extend the lifespan of vulnerable components.
Precision Manufacturing and Real-World Testing
Our vertical integration in manufacturing is highly extensive, encompassing precision processes such as wire cutting, milling, and backend grinding, all conducted in-house. We have a variety of sewing machine prototypes readily available for real-world testing, and nearby experimental garment manufacturing factories are also available for on-site testing. Regardless of the nature of the demand, we are open to designing and prototyping.
Focusing on Practical Solutions, Not Trends
We do not follow the trends of the industry blindly. At present, many sewing equipment manufacturers are inclined to produce products that generate buzz but may not be practical, such as internet integration or AI technology. We do not believe these are the solutions that users truly desire. We regularly visit garment manufacturing factories to understand their needs, especially when dealing with high-end products like functional fabrics. Different fabrics and threads can pose different challenges, and when handling orders from prestigious brands like Nike or Lululemon, stringent quality requirements are paramount. We are a company that rolls up its sleeves to solve problems, and our extensive practical experience coupled with the highest quality components can undoubtedly address various complexities in garment production.

Exceed quality of original
We are not only a supplier for major sewing machine manufacturers in Taiwan but also designated parts suppliers for Japanese sewing machine brands such as Brother and Yamato. The majority of our steel comes from the highest-grade tool steel in Europe, surpassing the requirements of every sewing equipment manufacturer. We strive to minimize damage to the steel structure during processing and carefully select collaborative partners for heat treatment and surface treatment. Employing a unique heat treatment process enhances the performance of our tool steel compared to conventional methods. Special coatings are applied for surface treatment, achieving a surface hardness of HV2000 or higher. While these high-cost practices may contribute to price increases, we firmly believe that the value they bring is exponentially greater.

Validate product quality through objective and actual data
Although we have deployed over a thousand sets of products in actual garment factories and operated for several years in the market, we refrain from using subjective terms like 'I feel' or 'I think' when introducing our products to customers. To experiment with the lifespan of cutting blades, we have independently developed a cutting blade lifespan testing machine and subjected it to rigorous tests using high-denier thick threads. In order to verify the residual thread length after cutting, we utilize a high-precision projector to measure actual data from the stitching results. We are committed to providing customers with the most objective data, proving that our products can withstand various challenges.
